What we want you to know....
As a hospitality Guru, your job is to provided stellar customer service before --during--and after a purchase. Customer service includes, but is not limited to:
*Answering phone in the call center
*Client greeting
*Appointment making
*Appointment confirming
*Collecting money
*Recommending retail product and services
*BARTENDING
*Inventory
*Laundry & light cleaning
*Other duties as assigned

To join the team at Karma, you must provide an enhanced experience to Karma's clients by recommending action steps, and meeting client expectations, for the end result of hair design, color, and style. At the same time, working to achieve personal and business goals through tracking and continuous improvement. Requirements are:
*Must hold a current NC Cosmetology license
*Demonstrate exceptional knowledge, skills, and abilities in the practice of Hair Design
*Learn and use Karma Beauty Bar's written system for consultation, pre-booking, and retail recommendations
*Must be coach-able and have a willingness to grow and learn
*Great communication skills
*Participate in ongoing education
*Present an appropriate image at all times
*Attend salon/spa meetings
